WHEN WILL MY ITEMS BE SHIPPED?
All orders are subject to a processing time before shipping, which is usually between 5 and 8 business days.
Most orders leave the warehouse as soon as the items have been properly processed.
You will receive a notification confirming that your order has been processed and shipped. In many cases, shipping is done from our warehouses in the United Kingdom.
Orders can be canceled as long as they have not been processed or shipped. Once processing has begun, they can no longer be canceled.
Please make sure to provide a correct shipping address. Amerya.com is not responsible for errors in the address provided by the buyer. In case of an incorrect address, the buyer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to resend the package.
WHEN WILL MY ITEMS ARRIVE?
For promotional or specialized items, the delivery time can be up to 10 to 12 business days, as they may be shipped from other countries.
WHERE DO MY ITEMS COME FROM?
Our main warehouse is located in the United Kingdom, and most of our products are stored and shipped from there.
WILL I RECEIVE ALL MY ITEMS IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, some items may be shipped in separate packages.
