Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive your item(s) in good condition and in accordance with the conditions mentioned above, we will process your refund immediately and notify you.
The refund will be made through the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
Once processed, the amount will appear in your account within 10 to 12 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer’s policy.

Reserved Rights Regarding Refunds
Important: Once a return process has been initiated, you have 10 days for the items to reach us.
If the items are not received within that period, Amerya reserves the right to cancel the return.
We reserve the right to:
- Define, limit, reject, or deny returns at any time if a customer has an excessive or irregular return history, including used, modified, washed, damaged, or incomplete items.
- Reject returns in case of suspected fraudulent or criminal activity.
Exchanges
Due to stock fluctuations, we cannot guarantee the availability of the desired item at the time of return.
Except in exceptional cases, we do not offer exchanges.
Return Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except if a damaged or defective item was received.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
In case of a refund, return costs and restocking fees will be deducted from the total amount.
Damaged or Incomplete Order Received
If you receive a broken, damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 30 days of delivery and include a photo of the item.
We will offer you:

- A full refund.

Only items sold at regular price are eligible for a refund.
